Accommodation Offers

The Secretariat has arranged some special deals with hotels near the venue for your accommodation during the 2017 Annual Conference and General Assembly. A number of rooms have been set aside at the following hotels. When booking you must refer to the 'ELI' in order to benefit from these special rates.

Hotel De France *****

Located opposite the Secretariat on Schottenring, Hotel de France is an 8 minute walk from Vienna City Hall.

A superior double room including breakfast is available at 125 EUR per night (single occupancy) or 145 EUR per night (double occupancy).

A deluxe double room including breakfast is available at 145 EUR per night (single occupancy) or 165 EUR per night (double occupancy).

Hotel Mercure Josefshof ****

Hotel Josefshof is located on a quiet street near close to Vienna City Hall (only 5 minutes walking distance away).

Single occupancy of a standard room including breakfast costs 102 EUR per night.

For double occupancy a surcharge of 25 EUR per night will apply.

Single occupancy of a privilege room inlcuding breakfast costs 127 EUR per night.

For double occupancy a surcharge of 25 EUR per night will apply.

Hotel Regina ****

This family run Hotel is about 8 minutes walk from Vienna City Hall.

A number of double rooms have been reserved, costing 120 EUR per night for single occupancy, and 150 EUR per night for double occupancy.

This price includes breakfast.
