"It is a great pleasure and honour for me to announce that I shall serve as the new Secretary General of the ELI from May 2017. The ELI is an oasis in which legal professions from distinct quarters and perspectives can come together in the hope of improving the quality of European Law. In my role as Secretary General, I am committed to maintaining the ELI’s standing by encouraging and intensifying its ongoing activities and fostering new long-term partnerships. I look forward to personally connecting with the ELI’s Bodies and Members and very much welcome your comments, feedback and ideas."
