The Italian Hub took the chance to introduce themselves for the first time to the CSM. Participants were welcomed with a speech by the Vice-Chairman of the High Council, Giovanni Legnini, and Giovanni Mammone, who is the President of Section and Secretary General of the Court of Cassation. The event was followed by a brief presentation of the work and progress of the Italian Hub. The seminar concluded with a final discussion on the right to effective judicial protection.
