After a short introduction by Elena Bargelli, Co-Chair of the SIG and Co-Reporter of the ELI Project on ELI Principles on the Extra-Judicial Administration of Justice in Cross-Border Family and Succession Matters, four speakers presented the features of notarial divorces from the perspectives of their respective jurisdictions, highlighting the main questions at stake. The following jurisdictions were at the spotlight: France (Alice Meier Bordeaux), Greece (Eleni Zervogianni), Romania (Ioan-Luca Vlad) and Slovenia (Suzanna Kraljic).
