In-depth discussions and clarifications were made among the 11 participants present on the different articles of the Rules, including the scope, definitions, the duties of the platform operator towards the customer and the liability of the platform operator. ELI bodies will be given the chance to vote on the final outcome of the project at the next ELI General Assembly in September 2019.
