Having amassed a respectable membership-base of EU and international organisations, supreme and other courts of the highest instance across Europe, professional associations and academic and other institutions, the ELI’s current focus is to raise its profile among law firms. ELI is pleased to report that a few have already signed up for membership as a result.

In the last few days, the ELI President and Secretary General have visited seven top law firms in Austria, in light of the pragmatic experience practitioners can offer. Applications from law firms and indeed from other excellent entities and jurists are, as always, highly desirable irrespective of the ELI’s current focus area.
