Open Tender by Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU)

On behalf of the CJEU, one of the ELI’s esteemed Institutional Observer, the ELI wishes to bring the following tender to your attention:

The CJEU in Luxembourg has obtained financial means enabling it to instruct an external contractor to draw up summaries of the judgments and orders of the Court of Justice and the Court of First Instance. A public tender is organised by the Directorate of Research and Documentation and was launched for the ‘Preparation of French-language summaries of judgments and orders of the Union Courts which are the subject of information in the European Court Reports’ (2018/S 185-417779).

Short description: preparation of summaries of decisions of the courts of the Union. Each summary consists of one or more summary points that must necessarily be written in French. The summary points include, in particular, a string of keywords and a ‘bulletin index’, which allows their classification in the systematic plan of the Digest of European Union case-law. The tender documents can be found in the TED database ‘Tenders Electronic Daily’ under the following link.

The call for tenders has also been posted on the Court's website
