In this concluding webinar, the results gathered during the five webinars in the past year were presented. The discussions that followed by participants from all over Europe showed the broad interest in the topic. Since the application of the EU Succession Regulation in the Member States keeps raising (new) questions, this topic remains interesting for the SIG’s Subsection on Succession Law.
