Koç University Dr Nüsret – Semahat Arsel International Business Law Implemantation and Research Center (NASAMER) is a leading academic hub based in Istanbul, dedicated to research and policy work in comparative and international private law.

Operating under Koç University, one of Turkey’s most prestigious institutions, NASAMER fosters comparative legal scholarship, interdisciplinary dialogue, and legal innovation. Its activities include hosting international conferences, running certificate programs, supporting open-access legal research, and providing access to prominent legal databases. As a member of the WIPO Depository Library Program, NASAMER also plays an active role in the dissemination of intellectual property knowledge
