The article by Ilaria Pretelli on ‘Conduite responsable des entreprises, droits fondamentaux et durabilité sociale’ was recently published in Schweizerische Juristen-Zeitung. It offers a critical comparison of contemporary legislative trends on the recognition of Corporate Social Responsibility for socio-environmental damage generated by the activities of companies, including those managed in the value chain abroad.
