The works on the reform of the above directive entered the stage of compromise negotiations.
Upon request by European Parliament’s Greens–European Free Alliance, Prof Dr Borghetti advised on the recourse mechanisms in case of shared or reduced liability, on the basis of ELI Draft of a Revised Product Liability Directive.
