ELI President and Co-Reporter, Prof Dr Teresa Rodríguez de las Heras Ballell, presented ELI’s Model Contract Terms on Automated Contracting and DA in B2C and B2B project, in cooperation with UNCITRAL.

This year’s ELAN conference focused on the role of Member State courts within the European judicial area. Members of the European Law Advisors’ Network, comprising 80 judges and 20 assistant judges from all levels of the judiciary, attended presentations on this topic, including one delivered by the ELI President.

ELAN expressed deep appreciation for the expertise shared by ELI and indicated interest in welcoming ELI at future events. ELI has contributed to the ELAN Training programme since 2021.
