A Roundtable discussion on a possible future European Business Code governing Business to Business (B2B) transactions was organised by European Commission's Directorate-General for Internal Market (DG GROW). ELI, which is currently reviewing the draft Business Code by the Association Henri Capitant and has issued a position on the 28th regime, was represented by its President, Prof Dr Teresa Rodríguez de las Heras Ballell.
The discussion on 4 May centered on a study by the Association entitled ‘The potential of a 28th regime for B2B transactions,’ which highlights how Europe’s Single Market still lacks a unified business framework.
