ELI President, Professor Prof Dr Pascal Pichonnaz, participated in 105th session of the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT).
The session provided a platform for sharing updates on key developments in various fields of law, as well as exploring collaborative opportunities for advancing the unification of legal principles. Future initiatives were also discussed, with a focus on enhancing international cooperation and ensuring that emerging legal challenges are effectively addressed.
