ELI President, Prof Dr Teresa Rodríguez de las Heras Ballell, met Isabel Perelló Doménech, President of the Spanish Supreme Court, and Vanessa Mateu Tolosa, Vice-President of the Court, among others. The court is an Institutional Member of ELI.
The exchange provided an opportunity to discuss potential avenues for institutional cooperation as well as ELI’s forthcoming 15th Anniversary celebrations. In this context, discussions focused in particular on a high-level event to be hosted by the Court on 1/2 June, marking ELI’s anniversary and reflecting on key rule-of-law themes.
