The meeting between ELI President, Prof Dr Pascal Pichonnaz, and Judge Gori, one of ELI’s Individual Members, was an opportunity to reflect on recent developments on the digitalisation of the justice systems, in particular in light of Italy’s recent infrastructural changes, which provide for extensive databases in this respect.
