ELI Council Member and Project Co-Reporter of ELI’s Principles Governing the Third Party Funding of Litigation, Prof Susanne Augenhofer (Professor of Law, University of Innsbruck; Visiting Professor of Law, Yale Law School) presented ELI’s Principles at the above conference, held at the Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge in London, United Kingdom.
On the occasion, Professor Augenhofer participated in a panel on ‘Developments in Litigation Funding’, where she was joined by senior judges and industry executives. In addition to contributing to the panel discussion, she also introduced attendees to ELI’s mission and ongoing activities.
