ELI Representatives Participate in 76th UNCITRAL Working Group II (Dispute Settlement)

ELI’s President, Prof Dr Pascal Pichonnaz and ELI’s Executive Committee Member, Teresa Rodríguez de las Heras Ballell, represented ELI at the session.

The session, which took place from 10–14 October 2022, seeks to intensify relations between ELI and UNCITRAL, one of ELI’s Institutional Members.
