The Consumer Creditworthiness Assessment in the Baltic States Webinar will examine how the obligation to assess consumer creditworthiness is regulated in the laws of the three Baltic countries and how it functions in practice. It will address key questions such as: What data must creditors collect to evaluate a consumer’s creditworthiness? Do positive credit registers exist? And what are the consequences if the creditworthiness assessment obligation is not properly fulfilled?
