An online meeting took place between ELI and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to discuss potential avenues for cooperation in the field of legal transition.
ELI was represented by Teresa Rodríguez de las Heras Ballell, President of ELI, and Vanessa Wilcox, Secretary General. The EBRD was represented by Michel Nussbaum, Director, Legal Transition, and Gian Piero Cigna, Head of the Financial Law Unit.
The exchange focused on exploring complementary approaches to strengthening the effectiveness of legal systems in practice and identifying possible areas for future collaboration.
