ELI President Prof Dr Teresa Rodríguez de las Heras Ballell and ELI Secretary General Dr Vanessa Wilcox hosted a delegation of Ukrainian judges representing commercial courts across all judicial levels in Vienna. 

Organised in collaboration with the Association of European Administrative Judges (AEAJ), the delegation was welcomed by ELI Secretary- General Dr Vanessa Wilcox, with an introduction of ELI’s missions and projects , followed by a presentation by the ELI President, with a specific focus on the institute’s work on commercial law. 

With the participation of Natalia Blashivska (Judge at the Cassation Administrative Court within the Supreme Court) Oksana Blazhivska, Sergii Morozov, Mariia Demydova (Judges at Commercial Court of Kyiv City) Oleh Khrypun (Head of the Northern Commercial Court of Appeal), Roman Kolesnyk, Olena Skovorodina and Olena Korotun (Judges at Northern Commercial Court of Appeal), and Edith Zeller (Judge at the Viennese Administrative Court), the visit served as an opportunity to explore further cooperation.
