ELI President, Prof Dr Teresa Rodríguez Heras de Ballell, attended the Department of Justice’s annual flagship event: Hong Kong Legal Week at the Judicial Conference titled ‘Building Towards End-to-End Digitalization.’
The event was co-organised by the UNCITRAL Regional Centre for Asia and the Pacific and the Hong Kong International Legal Talents Training Academy of the Department of Justice.
Prof Dr Rodríguez Heras de Ballell spoke on ‘AI in Arbitration’ during Panel 4: Current Trends of Dispute Resolution in the Digital Economy.
