Their responses spotlighted ELI’s ongoing project in this field and the Principles proposed therein. The survey was conducted by Civic Consulting and the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL) as part of a study for the European Commission on Mapping third party funding of litigation (TPLF) in the European Union. It will shape future EU policies on TPLF and facilitate the visibility of ELI’s input.
