Published in 2021, the Model Rules were developed under the leadership of the Steering Committee consisting of Prof Dr Remo Caponi, Dr John Sorabji, Prof Dr Rolf Stürner, Prof Dr Anna Vaneziano and Diana Wallis, and are available here.
