The French Hub will convene a meeting to discuss preparations for the upcoming ELI Annual Conference in Paris and to explore opportunities for strengthening the engagement of the French legal community with ELI.
The meeting will focus on how the French Hub can best contribute to the Annual Conference and how the event can serve as a catalyst for broader and deeper involvement of French legal institutions in ELI's activities. Participants will also discuss strategies to enhance awareness and visibility of ELI’s work, projects, and publications within the French legal community.
In addition, the meeting will provide an opportunity to exchange updates on the ongoing work relating to the translation of the ELI Principles and to address any other matters of interest to the Hub.
The draft agenda includes:
- The upcoming ELI Annual Conference in Paris, and how the French Hub can best prepare its contribution;
- The ways in which the Conference could serve as a catalyst for broader and deeper engagement of French legal institutions with ELI;
- Strategies to enhance awareness and visibility of ELI’s work and publications within the French legal community; and
- Any other business, including ongoing work on the translation of ELI instruments.
