Italian Hub Supports Course on European Protections of Human and Fundamental Rights

The course will take place on 16–18 July 2025, online and in person, at the A de Marsico Library in Castel Capuano.

The Human Rights Commission of the Naples Bar Association, coordinated by Mariella Fiorentino (ELI Fundamental Rights SIG Member), jointly with the Immigration Law Commission, coordinated by Luigi Migliaccio (ELI Member), are organising the above Advanced Training Course.

The course, of national and European relevance, aims to train lawyers on the procedure and drafting of application to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), the preliminary ruling to the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) and the complaint to the European Commission, for the protection of human and fundamental rights.
