The Excellence Italian Academy (EIA) is an online training program for 40 law students and recent graduates (from the end of May). Through theoretical lectures and a multidisciplinary, practical approach, it develops soft skills and technical and transversal competencies. Organised by ELSA Italy, the Italian section of ELSA, the program selects participants by CV and motivation letter to form a class of excellence. Applications are open from October to November and activities run from November to March. The theme is Law and Global Security and the curriculum comprises three modules of four lessons each (total 12 lessons/36 hours). The first module examines humanitarian, geopolitical and military security. The second module focuses on digital security. The third module addresses organised crime, threats to public order and migration.
