This is the second conference organised by the Portuguese Hub of the European Law Institute, bringing together leading academics to discuss how sustainability, the rule of law and economic power shape emerging frameworks of legal responsibility and governance in Europe. The programme explores topics such as corporate due diligence in human rights and environmental matters, climate litigation and the evolving role of the rule of law, sustainable finance, greenwashing in commercial communication, and the economic value of social protection.
