The event will feature a series of invited lectures and thematic seminars focusing on recent rulings from the European Courts, particularly the CJEU and ECHR, and their impact on Spanish national law.

In addition, a special panel will be dedicated to land registry law, covering rulings from the Spanish Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court. The event will be held in person, with hybrid participation available for those with special circumstances.

A call for papers is now open for those wishing to present their work, with submissions due by 19 April 2026. The event includes a registration fee, with discounts for ELI members and postgraduate students. Selected communications will be published in academic volumes.
