Croatian Hub Organises a Series of Seminars Online

The ELI Croatian Hub will hold monthly seminars to contribute to the discussion on the current ELI projects and recent developments in Croatian, comparative, and EU law.

The first seminar will take place on 5 March 2021, at 18:00 (CET). Following a welcome address of the ELI Croatian Hub co-chairs, the introductory speech will be delivered by Professor Tatjana Josipović (University of Zagreb, Faculty of Law), member of the ELI Council, who will present current and past ELI projects. Alina Škiljić (Bardek, Lisac, Mušec, Skoko & Partners Law Firm, Zagreb), the winner of the 2020 ELI Young Lawyers Award, will then present her winning paper on ‘Health Data (“Data Concerning Health”) Inferences – an Unexplored Volcano Eager to Erupt Post COVID-19 Crisis: Aligning Inferences with GDPR Principles?’. Kindly note that the Croatian Hub’s seminars are held in Croatian via Google Meet. Participants are asked to register prior to the event by submitting the registration form. Invitations to join the Google Meet will be distributed to all registered participants on the day of the webinar. The webinars aim at gathering the wider Croatian legal community; current or prospective ELI Croatian Hub members are cordially invited to join.
