Seminar on Private Enforcement of Competition Law in Dublin

On 3 July 2014, the Irish Hub co-hosted a seminar in Dublin on Private Enforcement of Competition Law. The seminar was chaired by Hon Mr Justice Paul Gilligan, Irish High Court and ELI Council member as well as then President of the European Network of Councils for the Judiciary (ENCJ).

The event also featured Mark Clough QC, specialist EU and Competition lawer and Member of the ELI Council, as well as Helena Penovski from the European Commission, DG Competition. Both Mark Clough and Helena Penovski shared their invaluable expertise on the matter in front of a highly interested audience.
