The seminar, which took place in Rome, consisted of three sessions over two days. The first session was devoted to judicial cooperation and dialogue among judges both in the European dimension and in a global perspective. The second and third sessions proposed a discussion on topics of law and economics, with reference costs in the administration of justice, financial autonomy of courts, and the impact of judges’ decisions on the economy.
Each session included short interventions by panellists, followed by a discussion by participants.
Before the opening of the event, the activityies of the ELI Italian Hub were presented to the participants.
