Event about the CJEU and Polish Law

On 21 November 2015, the Polish Hub was instrumental in organising a Conference organised as a 'Jagiellonian Colloquium' and devoted to the jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).

The first part of the Conference examined substantive law cases and was followed by a second part where procedural issues were covered. Among participants were Marek Safjan, Judge of the Court of Justice of the EU, and Maciej Szpunar, Advocate General and an ELI Member. Many of the featured speakers were also ELI Members.

The ELI Polish Hub also supported the publication (in Polish) of the ReNEUAL Model Rules on Administrative Procedure for the EU study.

Thanks are due to Professor Marlena Pecyna, who headed the organisation of the Conference, and her team.
