On 26 March 2024, ELI’s Turkish Hub hosted a webinar on the ELI’s Model Rules on Impact Assessment of Algorithmic Decision-Making Systems Used by Public Administration in a series of webinars organised to introduce ELI projects to Turkish lawyers and discuss their potential influence on Turkish Law.
ELI project was presented by Dr. Atakan Uzun, who have also translated it into Turkish. Following the presentation, the topic was discussed under Turkish law by Prof. Dr. Çağla Tansuğ and Prof. Dr. Eylem Aksoy Retornaz.
