The launch event of the Special Interest Group on Enterprise Foundations of the ELI introduced the new SIG and its focus on enterprise foundations. The seminar combined academic and practitioner perspectives on foundation ownership, with particular attention to governance structures and long-term purpose.

The program included a keynote contribution from the ELI President Prof Dr Teresa Rodríguez de las Heras Ballelland a presentation by Peter Haahr, CEO of the LEO Foundation, who shared insights into foundation ownership and governance in practice, followed by a Q & A session.

The event concluded with discussion of future SIG activities and member engagement.

The seminar was held online and attracted 35 active participants, contributing to an engaged Q&A and discussion.
