Environmental Law SIG Co-Organises Webinar on EU Trade Agreements


On 23 April 2021, 10:00–12:00 (CET), ELI’s Environmental Law SIG together with the Association for Environmental Law (Vereniging Voor Milieurecht) organises a webinar on ‘CETA and its investor-state dispute settlement system: blessing or threat to sustainable development’.

Various aspects of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) will be discussed by Chris Backes (Utrecht University), Wybe Douma (European Environmental Law Consultancy), Alessandra Arcuri (Erasmus School of Law, Erasmus University of Rotterdam), Harm Schepel (Brussels School of International Studies, University of Kent), and Jerfi Uzman (University of Utrecht).
