Alfredo Rizzo

Alfredo Rizzo is an Italian legal scholar and researcher specialising in European Union and international law. He has taught EU and international law at several Italian and foreign universities and has served as a legal expert at the Italian Ministries of Labour and Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. He has also collaborated with EU institutions and participated in technical assistance projects in the Western Balkans, Türkiye and Poland. His research covers EU law, human rights, migration, environmental criminal law, international sanctions and judicial cooperation, and he is the author of more than one hundred scientific publications.
