Angelo Jr Golia

Angelo Jr Golia is Assistant Professor (TT) of Constitutional Law at LUISS Law School and Senior Research Affiliate at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International. He holds a PhD (Naples II University, 2017). He was judicial trainee at the Italian Constitutional Court with Judge Silvana Sciarra (2017-2018) and Senior Research Fellow (Referent) at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg, Germany (2018-2022). He authored academic publications on constitutional and comparative law, legal theory, relationship between social theory and public law, digital constitutionalism.
