Avinash Dadhich

Prof. (Dr.) Avinash Dadhich is a Senior Non-Resident Fellow at the Dhirubhai Ambani University – School of Law (DA-SoL) and a Global Advisory Board Member for AMS Ethical AI. His areas of expertise include AI law, data privacy law, and competition law. He has held senior academic positions, including Director at Manipal Law School and Dean at IFIM Law School, and has been a visiting research fellow at the Max Planck Institute of IP and Competition, the Institute of European Studies, and King’s College London. He has also practised as an advocate before the Supreme Court of India and has consulted on legal matters at Deloitte, EY, Gide Loyrette Nouel, White & Case, and the Competition Commission of India.
