Bertrand Perrin

Bertrand Perrin is Professor of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure and Head of the Department of Criminal Law at the University of Fribourg. His main research areas include special criminal law, economic criminal law and criminal procedure. Alongside his academic work, he has served as a Deputy Judge at the Swiss Federal Criminal Court since 2016. He previously served as a Deputy Cantonal Judge in Bern and Vaud and as Professor of Law and Deputy Head of the Institute for the Fight against Economic Crime in Neuchâtel.
