Celina Daphne Marian Colquhoun

Celina Colquhoun is a barrister at 39 Essex Chambers, specialising in planning and environmental law, with particular expertise in highways, compulsory purchase, development consent orders and infrastructure matters. She also has extensive experience in administrative and local government law and regularly appears in public inquiries, the High Court and the Court of Appeal. She is an elected member of the Bar Council and serves as Co-Chair of its European Committee and Co-Vice Chair of its Law Reform Committee. She is also a trained and accredited mediator.
