Jeffrey Stempel

Jeffrey Stempel is the Doris S. and Theodore B. Lee Professor of Law at the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

His areas of expertise include insurance law, civil procedure, alternative dispute resolution, contracts and legal ethics.

He previously taught at Brooklyn Law School and Florida State University College of Law and practised law in Minneapolis.

He is the author of numerous books and articles, including major works on insurance law and civil litigation, and is a member of the American Law Institute, the State Bar of Nevada and the Minnesota Bar.
