Jukka Mähönen

Jukka Tapio Mähönen is Professor of Cooperative Law and Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Helsinki. His research and teaching focus on corporate and cooperative law, sustainable business law, corporate governance, finance and securities law, and law and economics. He previously served as Professor of Law at the University of Oslo and Professor of Commercial Law and Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Turku. He has also served as a senior officer at the Finnish Ministry of Justice and as a member of the European Commission’s advisory group on corporate governance and company law.
