Manuela Sirbu

Manuela Sîrbu is a lawyer, university lecturer and arbitrator based in Bucharest. A member of the Bucharest Bar since 1999, she is also an insolvency practitioner and serves as an arbitrator at the International Commercial Arbitration Court of the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Her practice focuses on medical malpractice, commercial and civil law, insolvency, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. She teaches Alternative Dispute Resolution at the Faculty of Law of Titu Maiorescu University and holds PhDs in both commercial law and medical sciences.
