María del Mar Méndez Serrano

María del Mar Méndez Serrano is Professor of Civil Law and Secretary of the Department of Civil Law at the University of Granada. She holds a Law degree and a PhD in Law from the University of Granada. Her teaching includes Property and Land Registry Law and civil law within the Master’s Degree in Forensic and Legal Psychology. Her academic work also addresses emerging issues in private law, including artificial intelligence, legal personality and civil liability. She has professional experience advising on matters of civil, commercial, labour and administrative law.
