Peter Lachinger

Dr Peter Lachinger is Head of the Legal Department and an authorised officer at Austrian Power Grid AG (APG), where he has worked since 2012. His areas of expertise include environmental and public procurement law, regulatory law, and Austrian and European electricity law. He studied law and completed his doctorate at the University of Salzburg and passed the Austrian Bar Examination at the Higher Regional Court of Linz. He also holds senior positions within the European Network of Transmission System Operators for Electricity (ENTSO-E).
