Phillip Johnson

Phillip Johnson is Professor of Law and Vice Dean for Research at The Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London.

His main area of expertise is intellectual property law, alongside legal and parliamentary history, sports and entertainment law, private international law and public law.

He is also a practising barrister at the Intellectual Property Bar and a member of the Irish, Californian and Washington DC Bars. He serves as an Appointed Person hearing appeals from the UK Intellectual Property Office and is on the World Intellectual Property Organization’s List of Neutrals.
