Salvatore Buscema

Salvatore Buscema graduated in law at the University of Ferrara and completed his studies with a second level master at Luiss Guido Carli in Innovation management. During his studies, he focused on digital law, in particular on the functioning of blockchain and smart contracts in digital platforms and their legal regulation. In his latest thesis, he deals with the legal aspects of blockchain in Italy, in particular, he focused on the research of innovative contractual models for public and private blockchains. Buscema is a lawyer currently works as a legal consultant with a particular focus on blockchain, fintech, and tokenisation. Buscema is a majority partner in a fintech startup focused on consensus algorithm resolution. Finally, he is a member of the Assocoin Study Center.
