Sarah P L Wolffe

The Hon. Lady Sarah Wolffe is a member of Axiom Advocates and a former Judge of the Court of Session in Scotland. During her judicial career, she served as a specialist Commercial Judge, as well as an Arbitration and Insolvency Judge. Her areas of expertise include commercial law, insolvency, professional liability and regulation, and arbitration. She is President of the Court of the Scottish Arbitration Centre, Senior Legal Chair of the Financial Reporting Council’s Discipline Tribunals, Honorary Professor at the University of Edinburgh and Professor of Practice at the University of Strathclyde.
