Stijn Franken

Stijn Franken is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice at NautaDutilh in Amsterdam. He specialises in product liability, insurance law, collective redress and litigation involving new and emerging risks. He has extensive experience in complex and mass claims, including product liability, directors’ liability and insurance coverage disputes. He lectures on product liability law at the Grotius Academy and previously taught insurance law at Leiden University for ten years. He holds a law degree from Leiden University, a Master’s degree from the University of London and a doctorate from Leiden University.
